Executive Advisory

Your senior leaders aren't underperforming. They're overextended.

The Problem

Most performance initiatives assume the issue is effort, so the answer is always more training, more accountability, more pressure on the number. But your strongest leaders aren’t short on ambition, discipline, or work ethic. They’re short on capacity. And when capacity goes, focus goes with it, which is when decisions slow down, execution gets inconsistent, and your best people start managing their own depletion instead of reaching for the next level. Capacity creates focus, focus multiplies performance, and performance compounds into impact. That’s the work.

Who This Is For

C-suite executives and senior leaders inside organizations where the pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the margin for underperformance is thin. Clients come from Fortune 500 companies, private equity and venture backed companies, public companies, and high-growth organizations across financial services, SaaS, aerospace, artificial intelligence, manufacturing, and talent acquisition.

WHERE THE WORK USUALLY GOES

Every engagement is built around what the leader is navigating right now and where the highest potential for growth lives. A few places this tends to show up are below:

Executive performance and identity, which is leading from the seat without performing or proving.

Capacity at the senior level, which means eliminating the cognitive overload and decision fatigue that quietly cap output.

Leadership transition and acceleration, or stepping into expanded scope and visibility without losing ground.

Revenue leadership, aligning team, communication, and strategy around the numbers that move the business.

And team and organizational culture, building a leadership environment that holds up under pressure.

How Engagements Work

  • 1: Sponsor conversation

A call with the organization to understand what outcome they're looking for and what needs to be different by the end of the term.

  • 2: Discovery

A call with the executive to assess fit and opportunity.

  • 3: Advisory Sessions

Weekly or biweekly working sessions across the term.

  • 4: 90-day progress review

A structured update to the engagement sponsor on progress, themes, and what the organization should be aware of, with the executive's confidentiality protected.

  • 5: 180-day wrap-up

A close-out on what changed, what's still in motion, and what the leader carries forward.

  • Between Sessions

In addition to standing sessions, Angie is a partner to her executives, available for situational assistance by brief call, text, or email when a decision is live and waiting until the next session isn't an option.

Capacity creates focus for your team.
